Nhiều bạn đọc phản ứng việc HĐND tỉnh Quảng Bình chi 1,4 tỷ đồng mua 60 máy tính, mỗi máy trị giá 20 triệu đồng cuối năm 2012, nhưng không thấy đại biểu nào sử dụng.

Như vậy nên có phương án thu hồi lại những laptop đem tặng cho sinh viên hiếu học thì hiệu quả gấp trăm lần hay ít nhất cũng đem bán lấy tiền chi cho người nghèo...

Đừng lãng phí!
Văn bản trong máy tính khó đọc hơn trên giấy. Muốn đóng góp văn bản, nhìn trên giấy dễ đóng góp hơn. Vả lại, ngồi họp thì cần gì máy tính ? Cho nên, việc trang bị máy tính cho mỗi đại biểu trong khi họp chỉ là sự "chơi sang", lãng phí. Trong khi, hơn ai hết, HĐND phải ý thức rằng tiền mua laptop là từ ngân sách. Đừng lãng phí !

Nên đầu tư vào những việc thiết thực
Đi làm nghề thì phải có đồ nghề. Có bao ai đi thuê thợ mộc rồi mua sắm đồ nghề cho họ bao giờ. Đại Biểu HDND muốn sử dụng laptop thì họ tự mua mà dùng. Họ có lương chứ đâu phải đi làm chùa đâu. Đàng này họ không biết sử dụng củng mua máy bắt họ xài. Nên họ phải bỏ thôi. Ngày xưa trong rừng, cán bộ không lãnh lương, Nhà Nước phải nuôi ăn, mọi thứ là trang cấp, từ cái lưỡi lam cạo râu cho các ông đến miếng vãi mùng hàng tháng cho các bà. Còn bây giờ ai cũng có lương cao hết rồi. Làm thế có nghĩa là một biến tướng của tham nhũng đấy, là tìm cách xẻ thịt ngân sách chia nhau đấy. Cái đáng nhớ là tính thân dân, vì dân thì không nhớ. Cái không nên nhớ là "cái gì cũng trang cấp" thì lại nhớ, mà còn nhớ dai hơn, "sáng tạo" hơn.

20 triệu/1chiếc quá lãng phí
Tôi học công nghệ thông tin, quanh năm sử dụng máy tính để lập trình, thiết kế hệ thống... mà cũng chỉ cần dùng cái máy tính giá 8-10 triệu (máy tính thương hiệu nhật) trong khi các đại biểu này chỉ dùng máy tính để duyệt web, soạn thảo văn bản, đọc tài liệu doc, pdf mà đầu tư máy tận 20 triệu. Mua để dùng 10 năm chắc trong khi máy tính laptop chỉ 3-4 năm là có thể hỏng rồi!

Rất nhiều, nhiều vô cùng các cơ quan nhà nước kiểu như thế này, cứ laptop trang bị cho lãnh đạo chỉ để trang trí phòng.

Đồ óc heo, ngu như khỉ biết mẹ gì mà xài laptop. Đối với lũ khi naỳ, đây chỉ là 1 dụng cụ để hù thiên hạ và che đậy mấy cái bằng giả, bằng mua của tụi nó thôi. Không nhớ năm vừa rồi, các đại biểu quốc hội còn được mua iPad nữa sao. Phải mướn ca trăm sinh viên vào huấn luyện để xài nhưng cuối cùng đâu có thấy đứa nào mang theo đâu. Cầm theo như cầm cục gạch thì thôi để ở nhà cho mày cháu nó xài. Chỉ có 1 anh có mang theo khi đi họp nhưng chỉ để coi phim SEX. Anh này học chung trường với Ba X và có mua bằng cùng 1 trường Pacific University gì đó ở Haiwai.
