Ngày 25/7, hai tàu của cảnh sát biển Việt Nam và tàu ngư chính Trung Quốc bắt đầu đợt tuần tra liên hợp nghề cá chung lần thứ tám tại Vịnh Bắc Bộ.

Báo Quân đội Nhân dân cho biết hai tàu của Việt Nam mang số hiệu CSB 2005 và CSB 2008. Hai tàu này khởi hành từ Hải Phòng ra đảo Bạch Long Vĩ hôm thứ Ba 23/7.

Tại Bạch Long Vĩ, cảnh sát biển Việt Nam và ngư chính Trung Quốc đã có “công tác chuẩn bị, thăm hỏi chính quyền, nhân dân và các đơn vị trên đảo” trước khi thực hiện tuần tra chung vào thứ Năm.

Đây là hoạt động tuần tra liên hợp thường niên tại Vịnh Bắc Bộ, được bắt đầu tiến hành từ năm 2005.

Phía Việt Nam những năm gần đây giao công việc này cho lực lượng Vùng Cảnh sát biển 1, trong khi phía Trung Quốc cử tàu của Tổng đội Ngư chính khu Nam Hải.

Việc tuần tra liên hợp được thực hiện lần lượt trên vùng đánh bắt cá chung phía mỗi nước, với diện tích tương đương nhau trong phạm vi Vịnh Bắc Bộ và thông thường diễn ra trong một ngày.

Hải trình tuần tra khoảng 300 hải lý.

Cũng theo báo Quân đội Nhân dân, mục đích tuần tra liên hợp nghề cá chung “nhằm giữ gìn và phát triển mối quan hệ láng giềng hữu nghị truyền thống giữa hai nước và nhân dân hai nước Việt Nam-Trung Quốc; nâng cao hiệu quả phối hợp trong thực hiện thỏa thuận về quy chế tuần tra liên hợp với Trung Quốc, góp phần bảo tồn và khai thác bền vững tài nguyên, sinh vật biển trong vùng nước theo Hiệp định ở Vịnh Bắc Bộ”.
Tuần tra chung

Việt Nam và Trung Quốc đã ký Hiệp định Phân định Vịnh Bắc Bộ hồi tháng 12/2000 sau một thời gian đàm phán lâu dài.

Mãi tới năm 2004, tọa độ chính xác của ranh giới sau phân định mới được công bố, và đã có chỉ trích rằng chính phủ Việt Nam đã “nhượng bộ quá nhiều”.

Ngoài tuần tra liên hợp nghề cá, Việt Nam và Trung Quốc cũng có hoạt động tuần tra liên hợp chung giữa hải quân hai bên ở Vịnh Bắc Bộ.

Mới đây nhất, hồi tháng Sáu hai tàu hộ vệ tên lửa Đinh Tiên Hoàng (HQ-011) và Lý Thái Tổ (HQ-012) hiện đại của hải quân Việt Nam đã tham gia tuần tra chung lần thứ 15 với hải quân Trung Quốc.

Các đợt tuần tra chung của hải quân thường kéo dài hơn tuần tra nghề cá và cũng có phạm vi rộng lớn hơn, phía Việt Nam do Vùng 3 và Vùng 4 hải quân đảm nhiệm.

Tuần tra chung của hải quân được thực hiện hai lần một năm.

Tuần tra liên hợp nghề cá Việt-Trung lần này diễn ra khi Chủ tịch Việt Nam Trương Tấn Sang đang thăm Mỹ.

Tháng Sáu năm ngoái, khi hải quân Việt Nam và Trung Quốc tuần tra chung ở Vịnh Bắc Bộ, Bộ trưởng Quốc phòng Hoa Kỳ lúc ấy là Leon Panetta cũng có mặt ở Việt Nam.

Việt Nam luôn tỏ ra có nỗ lực cân bằng trong quan hệ với các nước lớn và tuyên bố không ngả về bên nào.

Ừ , tuần tra chung tức là đã hợp tác hại dân ta rùi còn gì.....trong khi 2 hòn đảo nó chiêm' hết xãy ra bít bao nhiêu chuyện bắn giết dân ta...rõ ràng cộng sản đả bán đưng dân ta 1 cách trắng trợn....thiet là đau lòng.....thôi thôi lo học tiếng Tàu cho lẹ để mai đây nó vào mà biết dạ thưa chăc ăn

ĐÚng là những thằng "Tàu lai" tại Việt Nam vẫn không biết nhục là gì ...ngư dân Việt bị Tàu hành hung đánh đập,bắn giết ủi bệ tàu thuyền,thế nhưng những tên "Tàu lai" cứ vô tư ung dung như không có chuyện gì ...vẫn đem giặc vào nhà để tuần tra chung! Tại sao không tuần tra bên đảo Hải Nam mà phải là Vịnh Bắc Bộ trong hải phận thuộc chu quyền của VN !?.

Tuần tra chung thì được còn quyền đánh cá là của ngộ vì tàu tuần trung quốc cứ bắn dân đi biển hoài thì bây giờ đề hài quân VN bắn đuổi dân đi biển VN do bảo vệ tàu tuần trung quốc khỏi mang tiếng xấu thêm.

Đâu có đám tuần tra 1 mình. Lén pheng ra biển là bị tụi TQ độp ngay. Nên phải dựa hơi để ra vào cho yên thân. Dù sao mình cũng là người của Tàu rồi mà. Đi chung đường thì vui chớ sao. Lộ nhở tụi nó cướp được của ngư dân cái gì thì cũng được chia chát chút đỉnh chứ lâu lắm rồi đâu có dám lấy tàu đi biển dâu. Đói bỏ mẹ.!

Hây zaà! 2 tàu cs biễn của csvn mổi lần đi tuần ở vùng biển của VN thì cần phải có tàu ngư chính trung cộng đi kèm để khỏi sợ bị tàu lạ đâm phải. Thiệt là bó tay với cái đám hèn với giặc, ác với dân VN này.
