Ngày 3/5/2013, nhóm thực hiện Đề tài “Nghiên cứu chế tạo tổ hợp máy bay không người lái phục vụ nghiên cứu khoa học” đă tiến hành thành công bay thử nghiệm 3 mẫu máy bay không người lái.
Tiến sỹ Phạm Ngọc Lăng, chủ nhiệm đề tài phát lệnh bay thử nghiệm.
Sáng 3/5/2013, tại băi thử nghiệm Viện Công nghệ không gian thuộc Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học và Công nghệ Việt Nam, Liên hiệp Khoa học sản xuất công nghệ cao Viễn thông-Tin học (HTI) - km27 Đại Lộ Thăng Long Hà Nội, nhóm thực hiện Đề tài “Nghiên cứu chế tạo tổ hợp máy bay không người lái phục vụ nghiên cứu khoa học” đă tiến hành thành công bay thử nghiệm 3 mẫu máy bay không người lái trong số 5 mẫu máy bay chuyên dụng khác đă hoàn thiện tại Viện Công nghệ Không gian.
Cả 5 loại máy bay trên đều được thiết kế chế độ điều khiển bay tự động theo chương tŕnh lập sẵn trên nền bản đồ số. Máy bay được trang bị camera máy ảnh tác nghiệp trong cả ban ngày và ban đêm cùng các trang bị nghiên cứu khoa học chuyên dụng khác.
Đối với loại AV.UAV.S3, AV.UAV.S4 có thể mở rộng tầm bay xa hơn khi sử dụng liên lạc vệ tinh dẫn đường hoặc các trạm chuyển tiếp mặt đất.
Các máy bay này có thể cất cánh từ đường băng, từ nóc ôtô, trên bệ phóng di chuyển hoặc phi bằng tay.
Chủ nhiệm đề tài, tiến sỹ Phạm Ngọc Lăng cho biết đề tài đă được đặt nền móng từ năm 2008 bởi nguyên Thứ trưởng Bộ Công An, Nguyễn Văn Hưởng và được sự ủng hộ của Nguyên Bộ trưởng Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông, giáo sư-tiến sỹ khoa học Đỗ Trung Tá trên cương vị là Chủ tịch Hội đồng chính sách khoa học công nghệ quốc gia đồng thời được Chủ tịch Viện hàn lâm Khoa học và Công nghệ Việt Nam, giáo sư Châu Văn Minh sát sao chỉ đạo nhóm đề tài suốt quá tŕnh thực hiện.
“Với tinh thần nghiên cứu, lao động khoa học nghiêm túc không ngừng nghỉ suốt 4 năm của các nhà khoa học, các kỹ sư và công nhân kỹ thuật trong nhóm đề tài và triển khai đề tài, ngày hôm nay kết quả bay thử nghiệm và kết quả đo kiểm tra kỹ thuật diễn ra từ ngày 27/4/2013 theo giấy phép do Bộ quốc pḥng cấp, đến nay, các tính năng thiết kế đều đạt tiêu chuẩn.
Sự kiện bay thử nghiệm thành công khẳng định các nhà khoa học, các kỹ sư thuộc Viện Công nghệ không gian – HTI thuộc Viện hàn lâm Khoa học và Công nghệ Việt Nam đă chính thức ghi danh ḿnh là những người Việt Nam đầu tiên tự nghiên cứu chế tạo thành công máy bay không người lái mang thương hiệu Việt Nam.hoàn toàn bằng sự sáng tạo của người Việt Nam,” tiến sỹ Phạm Ngọc Lăng nhấn mạnh.
Trong thời gian tới, nhóm đề tài tiếp tục nghiên cứu hoàn thiện các loại máy bay mới có trần bay cao hơn, tốc độ bay lớn hơn và mở rộng tầm bay trong phạm vi lănh thổ Việt Nam, chủ nhiệm đề tài, tiến sỹ Phạm Ngọc Lăng nói thêm.
Ông cũng cho biết, ngay sau khi chương tŕnh bay thử nghiệm, Viện Công nghệ không gian sẽ hoàn thiện kỹ thuật và đưa vào sản xuất hàng loạt phục vụ mục đích nghiên cứu khoa học và đáp ứng nhu cầu chuyên dụng trong nước.

wow, vậy là VC có điều kiện đi sâu sát vào quần chúng hơn nữa. Ngoài ra dùng nó để vận chuyển cần xa, ma túy cũng ko tệ.

Mà cái máy bay đồ chơi ko người lái của tui cũng "có thể cất cánh từ đường băng, từ nóc ôtô, trên bệ phóng di chuyển hoặc phi bằng tay" như vậy mà, ko biết có đụng hàng ko nữa.

Các máy bay này có thể cất cánh từ đường băng, từ nóc ôtô, trên bệ phóng di chuyển hoặc phi bằng tay.

Đọc một đoạn ngắn này th́ hiểu được chiếc máy bay này "Khủng" đến cỡ nào rồi. Máy bay mà có thế cất cánh từ nóc ô tô th́ nó lớn đến cỡ nào nhỉ? Chịu không nỗi cái đám khoa học gia của CSVN. Nhịn cười hết được rồi. Chiếc máy bay to quá nên chụp h́nh sợ...không ai thấy. Khỏi đưa h́nh lên ai muốn to thế nào th́ nó sẽ to như thế đấy.

cái này mà núp trong mây chệt chết chắc: có gắn camera của VC chế tạo,CAMERA NÀY CHỈ HOẠT ĐỘNG KHI NÚP TRONG MÂY;
