Dường như tân Bí thư Thành ủy Sài Gòn Đinh La Thăng đã thổi vào thành phố này một luồng khí mới. Ông đã có nhiều việc làm gợi được cảm hứng cho số đông dân chúng về một lãnh đạo của hành động, quyết liệt, nói đi đôi với làm. Thể hiện sự gần gũi với dân ông trực tiếp nhận thông tin từ người dân.

Một nguồn tin thân thiết với Bí thư Thành ủy TP HCM Đinh La Thăng cho biết, chỉ trong một buổi tối có đến 1.500 tin nhắn được người dân gửi đến số điện thoại di động của ông.

Người dân cũng gửi gắm nhiều kỳ vọng vào ông và những lãnh đạo mới ở thành phố đông dân nhất nước này.

Chia sẻ với chúng tôi, một người thân thiết với Bí thư Đinh La Thăng cho biết, ngay sau khi nhận nhiệm vụ, ông đã bắt tay ngay vào làm việc, tiến hành kiểm tra, chỉ đạo, đốc thúc những công việc, vấn đề liên quan đến quyền lợi của người dân thành phố.

Cũng theo vị này, ngoài tiếp nhận các thông tin phản ánh trực tiếp khi đi kiểm tra, làm việc, thông qua số điện thoại di động, rất nhiều các thông tin đã được người dân phản ánh đến Bí thư Thăng và chuyển đến các cơ quan chức năng xử lý.

Tuy nhiên, theo vị này, lượng thông tin gửi đến số điện thoại của Bí thư Thăng là rất lớn, nhất là từ khi trên mạng xã hội xuất hiện hình ảnh của ông cùng số điện thoại di động kèm theo lời không gọi được có thể nhắn tin, tôi sẽ trẻ lời.

"Bí thư Thăng chưa bao giờ tắt máy di động cả nhưng ngay khi trên mạng xã hội xuất hiện hình ảnh của ông cùng số điện thoại thì chỉ trong tối đó, có đến 1.500 tin nhắn được người dân gửi tới.

Số lượng nhiều như vậy thì không thể nào Bí thư có thể xử lý ngay, trả lời hết được, do đó, mọi người cũng nên chia sẻ và chắc chắn ông sẽ nghiên cứu, có ý kiến cụ thể", vị này nói.

Vị này cũng cho biết thêm, cho đến trưa hôm qua (19/2) thì lượng tin nhắn của người dân gửi về số di động của Bí thư Thăng vẫn rất nhiều, dồn dập.

Liên quan đến số điện thoại "nóng" 088 247 247 của Bí thư Đinh La Thăng mà Văn phòng thành ủy vừa công bố, theo vị này, sẽ hoạt động liên tục 24/24 và suốt 7 ngày trong tuần.

Cũng theo vị này, Bí thư Thăng sẽ trực tiếp sử dụng số điện thoại trên và trong trường hợp Bí thư bận sẽ có người trực, tiếp nhận tất cả các phản ánh của người dân thành phố, sau đó tổng hợp và báo cáo cho Bí thư.

Trước đó, ngày 15/2, họp về công tác tổ chức chăm lo Tết Bính Thân 2016 trên địa bàn, Bí thư Thành ủy Đinh La Thăng đã chỉ đạo lập đường dây "nóng" để tiếp nhận thông tin cho ông.

"Hàng ngày Văn phòng Thành ủy TP HCM sẽ tổng hợp để báo cáo trực tiếp cho tôi, kịp thời nắm tình hình và chỉ đạo xử lý", ông Thăng nói.

Tại cuộc họp kiểm tra Ban Thường vụ Huyện ủy Củ Chi về quán triệt, triển khai Nghị quyết Đại hội Đảng bộ TP HCM lần X ngày 18/2, ông Thăng cũng yêu cầu phải có đường dây "nóng" cho Bí thư, Chủ tịch huyện để ngưởi dân gửi thông tin, để tiếp cận được dân.

"Phải có bộ phận phụ trách đường dây nóng. Cái này rất quan trọng, chỉ một tin nhắn, một cuộc điện thoại nhưng từ đó có thể khái quát được vấn đề", Bí thư Đinh La Thăng nêu rõ.

chỉ biết nói..chẳng làm gì được...quang trọng là nghỉ cách tham nhũng thêm ..hãy nhìn lại đàn em của ông ta toàn là tham nhũng, những gì ông ta nói chỉ là lớp vỏ bề ngoài ...thục chất là cũng cố lực lượng đàn em để sau này tiến xa hơn để rồi tham nhũng nhiều hơn

Nhưng mà nhắn cái gì mới được?Chửi bới ,đòi tống cổ nó về quê hay kêu nó làm ơn đừng có ăn trên đầu trên cổ dân nữa ...cái nào cũng là tin nhắn mà .

Ông bí thư TP ơi!dân số Sài gòn hơn 9 triệu người,VậY ông có bao nhiêu nhân Viên để hàng ngàY giải quYết những " bức Xúc" đó cũa người dân??? Nếu có bản lảnh ông nên dẹp tệ nạn hãi quan Tân sơn nhất hàng ngàY làm tiền người dân kìa .
