Tin về ca sĩ Lynda Trang Đài bị bắt và tố cáo tội ăn cắp vặt một cái ví nhỏ đựng AirPods hiệu Gucci giá trị $330.00 dollars ở The Mall at Millenia ở Orlando, Florida.
Theo báo cáo của cảnh sát của Quận Cam, tiểu bang Florida có những chi tiết như sau:
Vào ngày 1/4/25, Lynda Trang-Đài Ngô vào tiệm Gucci ở The Mall at Millenia tọa lạc tại 4200 Conroy Road, Orlando, Florida, và đă mua 2 chai nước hoa của tiệm Gucci.
Trong khi tính tiền, Lynda chọn một Gucci AirPods Holder (cái ví nhỏ để chứa AirPods giá trị $330 dollars) từ trên cái quầy tính tiền. Sau đó Lynda dấu cái ví nhỏ này ở dưới cái bóp/điện thoại của Lynda và đi ra khỏi tiệm mà chỉ trả tiền cho 2 chai nước hoa thôi.
Ngày hôm sau, 1/5/25, khoảng 5 giờ chiều, Lynda trở lại tiệm Gucci này để shopping th́ bị tạm giữ. Khi cảnh sát phỏng vấn, Lynda chối và nói là có thử cái ví AirPods nhưng không vừa với AirPods của cô nên cô bỏ lại trên quầy tính tiền.
Sau đó, Lynda đổi lời khai và nói tôi gấp quá nên ném xuống trả lại trên quầy tính tiền. Lúc bấy giờ, cảnh sát viên cho Lynda biết là đă có máy ghi h́nh thâu lại là Lynda không có trả lại cái ví đựng AirPods mà đă giấu và rời khỏi tiệm không trả tiền cho món hàng này.
Do đầy đủ bằng chứng vụ trộm vặt này và v́ Lynda không phải là dân cư của Quận Cam, Florida nên cô ta bị bắt và đưa về trạm giam của quận.
Nếu Lynda là cư dân địa phương th́ bị đưa giấy với tội cáo cho biết tội và ngày ra ṭa và được thả ra tại chỗ. (She would have been just cited and released with a promise to appear at a given Court date instead of being brought to County Jail and booked into custody.)
V́ giá trị của món vật ăn cắp chỉ có $330 dollars, nên Lynda bị tố cáo tội trộm cắp tiểu h́nh (Petty Theft - Misdemeanor)
Ngày 1/6/2025 cô đă đóng tiền tại ngoại hậu tra (bond) $1,000.

According to the Orange County, Florida police report, the following details are provided:
On 4/1/25, Lynda Trang-Dai Ngo entered the Gucci store at The Mall at Millenia located at 4200 Conroy Road, Orlando, Florida, and purchased 2 bottles of Gucci perfume. While checking out, Lynda picked a Gucci AirPods Holder (a small wallet to hold AirPods worth $330 dollars) from the cash register. Lynda then hid the small wallet under her purse/phone and walked out of the store, only paying for the 2 bottles of perfume.
The next day, 5/1/25, around 5:00 p.m., Lynda returned to the Gucci store to shop and was detained. When interviewed by the police, Lynda denied that she had tried on the AirPods wallet but it did not fit her AirPods so she left it on the counter. Later, Lynda changed her story and said that I was in a hurry so I threw it back on the counter. At that time, the police officer informed Lynda that there was a camera recording that Lynda did not return the AirPods wallet but hid it and left the store without paying for it.
Due to the evidence of this petty theft and because Lynda was not a resident of Orange County, Florida, she was arrested and taken to the county jail. If Lynda were a local resident, she would have been given a citation stating her crime and court date and released on the spot. (She would have been just cited and released with a promise to appear at a given Court date instead of being brought to County Jail and booked into custody.)
Because the value of the stolen item was only $330 dollars, Lynda was charged with Petty Theft - Misdemeanor.
On 6.1, 2025, she posted a $1,000 bond.
