Ḿnh nghĩ step 6 (xào thịt ḅ sau khi phi tỏi) nên làm trước khi step 5 (bỏ sauce vào), sẽ làm cho thịt thơm hơn. Sau khi xào sơ thịt ḅ xong rồi có thể lấy ra và cho sauce vào chảo nếu muốn ăn hơi tái và tránh thịt ḅ bị dai.
