Mình nghĩ step 6 (xào thịt bò sau khi phi tỏi) nên làm trước khi step 5 (bỏ sauce vào), sẽ làm cho thịt thơm hơn. Sau khi xào sơ thịt bò xong rồi có thể lấy ra và cho sauce vào chảo nếu muốn ăn hơi tái và tránh thịt bò bị dai.
