.NRG là một image file tạo ra bởi program nero. Bạn cứ xem như nó là .ISO file đi. Cách xữ dụng/mở ra cũng giống như iso file vậy thôi. Bạn có thể

1/mount nó with daemontools, poweriso, etc... hay

2/ extract nó with poweriso, nero, etc.. Hình như winrar cũng có thể extract nrg file được nữa

Những nhạc mà nằm trong nrg file là dạng uncompressed WAV chứ không phải compressed mp3.
