1) What type of malignant tumor is it? Its staging is what?

2) From picture, looks like an AV Malformation or Osteosarcoma. In western surgery centers, surgery would look promising if bleeding is control and maybe a combination of high steroids, chemo & or radiation to shrink tumor size first before surgical procedures.

3) Poor lady ... will loose part of, if not already lost, Rt. eye, UR Maxilla & LR Mandible, Rt. Zygoma and part of Rt. Nasal structures
