Không phải mỳ Quảng được làm bằng nhân thịt... cóc, mà là nhân thịt gà, cá lóc hẳn hoi. Chỉ là quán nằm ven đường, trên vỉa hè, nên có tên gọi “mỳ Quảng cóc”.
