Xây nhà cho cao vào rùi bi giờ xe chửa cháy cầu thang bắc hổng tới! Hổng có đường thoát hiểm lun! Nhà cao tầng nào ở VN cũng vậy, có thì cũng có cho có lệ nhưng khi có chuyện thiệt thì lại không xài được. Bởi vì Lính cứu hỏa của VN có cái tên là PCCC Quận ... hay là PCCC TP....
