Nhưng khi dịch ra tiếng Việt thì ai cũng là bộ trưởng thì không đúng . Bộ trưởng quốc phòng và Bộ trưởng Hải quân như nhau !!!!!????? trong khi Hải quân trực thuộc Bộ quốc phòng ?
Trước và sau 1975 , Việt nam có Bộ trưởng quốc phòng , còn những người đứng đầu Không , Hải và Lục quân là Tư lệnh chứ không phải là Bộ trưởng
