Cảnh sát trưởng Coral Gables Edward James Hudak Jr. cho biết ông tin rằng những người nhập cư bất hợp pháp người Trung Quốc đă đến Florida bằng thuyền ở phía nam Coral Gables.

More than two dozen Chinese illegal immigrants were arrested in a smuggling operation in Coral Gables, Florida.
This week, Florida police stopped two trucks carrying 26 Chinese illegal immigrants.
Coral Gables Police Chief Edward James Hudak Jr. said he believes the Chinese illegal immigrants came to Florida by boat south of Coral Gables.
“We believe they came by boat, they came through a remote area south of Coral Gables. They were going through a canal area that leads to a private marina.”
Police said the smugglers were Cuban and Puerto Rican and were carrying guns. There were reportedly nine women and 17 men, with 13 people in each truck.
China has reportedly purchased thousands of acres in the Caribbean, which are used as a stopover for these illegal immigrants before entering the United States
