Nghi phạm vụ đánh bom ống ngày 6 tháng 1 đã được xác định.

FBI đã bắt giữ một người đàn ông tên là Brian Cole có liên quan đến vụ đánh bom ống ngày 6 tháng 1 vào sáng thứ năm.

Cole 30 tuổi và đến từ Woodbridge, Virginia.

Theo MS NOW , nghi phạm đánh bom ống đã được xác định trong "cuộc xem xét lại bằng chứng cũ và có thể đã bị bắt giữ từ nhiều năm trước".

NBC News đưa tin : "Brian Cole là người mà FBI đang giam giữ và họ tin rằng anh ta đã để lại bom ống ở DC vào ngày 1/5/2021".

Brian Cole sẽ ra hầu tòa vào thứ năm.

Fox News cũng đưa tin rằng Brian Cole ở Virginia là nghi phạm đã bị bắt giữ.

Nghi phạm bị cáo buộc đã đặt bom ống tại trụ sở RNC và DNC vào ngày 5 tháng 1, đêm trước vụ bạo loạn ở Điện Capitol.

FBI trước đó đã công bố đoạn phim ghi lại cảnh kẻ đánh bom đặt bom bên cạnh một chiếc ghế dài trong công viên tại DNC.

MS NOW đưa tin FBI đã bắt giữ Brian Cole tại nhà riêng của anh ở Virginia.

Cole bị cáo buộc là tác giả của các bài viết “vô chính phủ”.
