Nghị sĩ độc lập Dai Le đã kể lại cái đêm mà bà nghĩ rằng gia đình mình sẽ chết trên một con thuyền ọp ẹp trốn thoát khỏi Việt Nam. Bà ấy chưa bao giờ nghĩ mình sẽ đến nơi an toàn, chứ đừng nói đến việc vào Quốc hội.
