Sidney Powell: Trump Could Trigger 2018 Executive Order on Foreign Election Interference

Lawyer Sidney Powell asserted that due to alleged foreign interference in the Nov. 3 election, “it’s more than sufficient to trigger” President Donald Trump’s executive order on foreign interference issued in 2018.

In September 2018, Trump signed an executive order that says “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election,” according to the text of the order.

Powell told The Epoch Times she believes that due to that executive order, it can give Trump “all kinds of power … to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the machines,” referring to voting machines.

“Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen,” Powell added. “Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There’s frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who’s willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth.”

For the past month, some, including Arizona’s Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Linda Brickman, as well as Powell, have alleged that Dominion Voting Systems’ machines allowed for votes to be switched from Trump to Democrat candidate Joe Biden. Dominion has pushed back, saying that it’s not possible to change votes, while asserting it has no ties to foreign governments and doesn’t allow its employees to engage in vote-tabulation efforts.

Powell noted that Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has only a few days left until he is to prepare his report to the president, according to the September 2018 executive order. It’s not clear when—or if—Ratcliffe will issue the report, as no public confirmation has been given so far. Little mention has been made of the executive order since it was issued more than two years ago.

Should Ratcliffe issue his order, “It’s going to blow the mind of every citizen in the country who’s willing to look at the truth and the facts,” Powell said. “Because there’s never—we’ve never witnessed anything like this in the history of this country. And it’s got to be stopped right now or there will never be a free and fair election.”

The order also stipulates that “within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information,” the heads of the Department of Justice and Homeland Security and “any other appropriate agencies” shall deliver a report evaluating the U.S. general election.

That includes “the extent to which any foreign interference that targeted election infrastructure materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, the tabulation of votes, or the timely transmission of election results; and if any foreign interference involved activities targeting the infrastructure of, or pertaining to, a political organization, campaign, or candidate, the extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to, disclosure or threatened disclosure of, or alteration or falsification of, information or data,” it says.

Sau khi có tin Tối cao pháp viện (TCPV) bác bỏ vụ kiện của tiểu bang Texas, có người đã comment rằng TCPV SỢ Antifa, BLM. Ngẫm nghĩ lại, lời bình luận trên rất đúng.

Trước đó, TT Trump đã tweet rằng TCPV sẽ thụ lý hồ sơ kiện NẾU họ can đảm, khôn ngoan.

TCPV không đủ can đảm. Những cuộc biểu tình, quậy phá trước đây của BLM, và gần đây nhất, vụ ném chất nổ vào nhà một người ủng hộ TT Trump làm kinh khiếp họ. Quá dễ và quá rẻ tiền để mướn kẻ cuồng tín BLM, Antifa làm chuyện phá hoại, giết người. Phe TT Trump hiền quá, lịch sự quá!

Vã lại, ai là người thắng cử không liên quan đến ghế của họ.

TCPV muốn đùn việc giải quyết tranh tụng nầy sang TT Trump. Họ muốn "bán cái" cho ông.

Tạm thời trong lúc nầy phe TT Trump tiếp tục kiện, TCPV tiếp tục bác đơn hoặc kéo dài thời gian. TT Trump không muốn bị mang tiếng là độc tài, khinh rẻ TCPV, chà đạp luật pháp... khi ban ra thiết quân lực vào lúc nầy.

Tuy nhiên, trể lắm vào Jan. 20, 2021 lệnh nầy sẽ được ban ra. Những yếu tố sau phe TT Trump sẽ làm cho đến lúc đó:

4/ Dọn đường cho việc dùng quân đội. Việc tướng Flynn tham dự vào cuộc biểu tình Dec. 12, 2020, và TT Trump ghé thăm trận football giữa đội Army & Navy cùng ngày không phải là việc ngẫu nhiên.

Security Group Says It Audited Dominion Voting Machines, Declares Them a ‘National Security Issue’

A company that carried out a forensic audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems in a small Michigan County this month, in a report on Monday, suggested that President Donald Trump take steps to ensure U.S. national security via a 2018 executive order on foreign interference (https://www.whitehouse.gov/president...ates-election/) after asserting that the Dominion machines are “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors.”

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” read a report (pdf https://www.depernolaw.com/uploads/2/7/0/2/27029178/antrim_michigan_fore nsics_report_[121320]_v2_[redacted].pdf) from Allied Security Operations Group released on a website belonging to Matthew DePerno, a local lawyer representing a plaintiff involved in the case. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.”

Earlier in December, the audit of voting machines in Antrim County was ordered by Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer last week (pdf), pertaining to a marijuana proposal that was on the ballot on Nov. 3, not the presidential election. However, the Antrim County voting machines were flagged for switching 6,000 votes from Trump to Joe Biden, which the Michigan Secretary of State’s office and Antrim County clerk’s office both said was due to human error.

Later in its report, Allied Security Operations, in no uncertain terms, described Dominion’s involvement in the elections as a “national security imperative.” It then made a reference to the 2018 Trump executive order that directs current Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe to conduct an assessment on foreign interference in the U.S. general election up to 45 days after the Nov. 3 election and allows the president to take action against any foreign actors.

“We recommend that an independent group should be empaneled to determine the extent of the adjudication errors throughout the State of Michigan. This is a national security issue,” wrote Allied’s Russell Ramsland, a former GOP candidate in Texas, in the report.

Dominion Voting Systems has not responded to a request for comment. The firm has denied that it can change votes from one candidate to another or that it has any ties to a foreign government.

“All Dominion systems are capable of producing paper records and are 100 percent auditable, with testing, reviews, audits, and recounts subject to oversight and verification by all political parties,” the company says on its website.

Elsewhere in the report, the group asserted that the “results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable,” adding that it’s the result of “machine and/or software error, not human error.”

“The tabulation log for the forensic examination of the server for Antrim County from December 6, 2020 consists of 15,676 individual events, of which 10,667 or 68.05% of the events were recorded errors,” according to the report. “These errors resulted in overall tabulation errors or ballots being sent to adjudication. [The] high error rates proves the Dominion Voting System is flawed and does not meet state or federal election laws.”

The group also flagged several perceived security flaws in the machines, saying Dominion’s ImageCast Precinct machines “have the ability to be connected to the internet,” adding that “by connecting a network scanner to the ethernet port on the ICP machine and creating Packet Capture logs from the machines we examined show the ability to connect to the network, Application Programming Interface (API) (a data exchange between two different systems) calls and web (http) connections to the Election Management System server.”

Last month, Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, in reference to the reported 6,000-vote switch, said initially that what happened appeared to be a human error in combination with a software glitch. This was cited by the Michigan Secretary of State’s office, who said the vote-switch was not due to problems with the Dominion machines themselves.

“The error in reporting unofficial results in Antrim County Michigan was the result of a user error that was quickly identified and corrected,” Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, said days after the election was carried out.

Benson further stated that Antrim County “had to update the software on all of the media drives that are placed in tabulators to ensure tabulators communicate properly with the election management system” after the “software was reprogrammed” on the Dominion machines.

She later stated: “Because the county did not update the media drives for the tabulators that did not have changes to races, those tabulators did not communicate properly with the county’s central election management system software when the county combined and reported unofficial results. Every tabulator recorded ballots correctly but the unofficial reports were erroneous.” Benson described the incident as an “honest mistake.”

Ramsland, a former Reagan administration official who has worked for NASA, and others from the group examined Dominion products in Antrim County earlier this month as part of an ongoing case. His team, hired by plaintiff William Bailey, inspected and performed forensic duplication on the county’s election management server, which was running Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5.3-002, compact flash cards used by local precincts in their Dominion ImageCast system, USB memory sticks used by Dominion Voter Assist Terminals, and USB memory sticks used for the poll book. They used X-Ways Forensics and other tools including Blackbag-Blacklight Forensic Software, and Virtual Box.

The Epoch Times also reached out to Michigan’s Secretary of State’s office about the Allied Security forensic audit report.

Chắc không ít những tên ký sinh trùng hôm nay tung ra những tin mừng vô tận một cách hả hơi để mong lãnh thưởng. Thật ra đều là một đám nô tài vô tích sự.
Có thể mình quá lời, vì đám này đều là những tên có nền móng chính trị theo đường lối XHCN rất sâu xa. Mình đã lỡ gọi chúng là loại ký sinh trùng không biết có quá đáng không nữa. Ngoài cái mỹ từ này ra mình không biết còn dùng danh từ nào khác nữa, bác nào có ý kiến thì cho mình biết để học hỏi nha.
Có lẽ không ít người đang cảm thấy thất vọng khi những vụ kiện lần lượt bị bác bỏ qua từng tòa án từ thấp tới cao. Có điều, đây lại tạo nên một bước nhảy xa hơn và ngắn hơn cho đoàn LS của TT Trump. Với sự hưởng ứng của người dân, cho dù TCPV có bác đơn lần này thì cũng không thể làm ngơ lần tới. Một khi TT dùng quyền hạn tối cao khi bằng chứng quá rõ ràng thì cả Quốc Hội cũng chẳng thể làm ngơ.
Đầm lầy này có thể tát cạn hay không đều thông qua cuộc gian lận bầu cử năm 2020. Đừng mất lòng tin với những gì chúng ta đang nghe, mà hãy vững lòng tin với những diễn biến sắp xảy ra trong vòng vài ngày tới. :eek::eek:
